Nocturne is an acoustic editorial work created for a partnership with the Nanterre-Amandiers theatre. It is inspired by the play Dream and Madness, written by Georg Trakl and staged by Claude Régy.
This experimental layout is meant to reproduce the atmosphere of a very odd and dark dream.

Realized with screen printing and photogrametry, this books is enhanced with sounds that revisit Chopin’s nocturnes. They are triggered with conductive ink keys, linked to an arduino touch board.

Nocturne est une édition sonore créée dans le cadre d’un partenariat avec le Théâtre Nanterre-Amandiers. Elle est inspirée par la pièce Rêve et Folie, écrite par Georg Trakl et mise en scène par Claude Régy. Cette mise en page expérimentale tend à reproduire l’atmosphère d’un rêve étrange.

Réalisé en sérigraphie et photogrammétrie, le livre est augmenté de pistes sons qui revisitent les nocturnes de Chopin. Elles sont activées grâce à des touches en encre conductrice, reliés à une carte arduino.
